Polizeiruf 110: Konzert fur Einen Aussenseiter (literally translates to "Police Force 110: Concert for the Outsider"), the 1976 Werner Rowekamp East German crime melodrama (a compilation of several episodes from the East German television show "Polizeruf 110") starring Peter Borgelt, Jurgen Frohriep, Wolfgang Winkler, Jaecki Schwarz, and Sigrid Gohler. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
