Antwerp Zoo is a zoo in the center of Antwerp (Anvers/Antwerpen), Belgium. It was founded in 1843 and is the oldest animal park in the country, and one of the oldest in the world. Throughout the years, it has encouraged wildlife preservation through activities and exhibits on a recreational, educational, scientific, and cultural level. The zoo also features a museum and concert hall.

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good to fine. The poster was never folded. It had a foreign stamp in the top left corner. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above.
