An Original Vintage Theatrical 10" x 12 1/2" [25 x 32 cm] Stage Play Still (mounted to a board that measures 11" x 13 1/4") (Learn More) Fay Compton was an English actress and singer from the 1910s to the 1970s. Some of her movies include: The Virgin and the Gypsy, Laughter in Paradise, and Robinson Crusoe. She passed away in 1978 at the age of 84. Important Added Info: Note that we don't know the identity of the two men with Miss Compton, nor do we know what play this is from. There is writing on the back which we can't fully read. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Also, note that this is an unusual still, because it measures 10" x 12 1/2", and it was mounted onto an 11" x 13 3/4" board, which has "Stage Photo Co." in the bottom right corner. We have not seen stage play stills like this before, but it makes for an impressive display that is easily framed. Condition: very good to fine. Learn More about condition grades
