Priestly") starring Boris Karloff (billed as "Karloff"), Melvyn Douglas, Gloria Stuart, Charles Laughton, Lilian Bond, Ernest Thesiger, Eva Moore, Raymond Massey, Brember Wills, and Elspeth Dudgeon (billed as "John Dudgeon"). Note that Elspeth Dudgeon (in her screen debut) was disguised as a man in the film and even billed under a male pseudonym. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had paper loss at the bottom two crossfolds and some creases, tears, and small paper loss scattered down the center of the poster, and a lesser amount on the horizontal folds. It had pinholes, tears, and smudges around the edges. The bottom 1" was folded back at one time. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, but you can see signs of the above defects and the restoration of the above defects. Learn More about condition grades
