When you buy a large serving of Coca-Cola"! Condition: very good. This poster was linenbacked, and one of the following is true: either the restorer did a good job, but you can see signs of the restoration from inches away (since most people look at posters framed on a wall from at least a few feet away, we don't feel this is a defect, but we feel it should be noted). OR you can't see the restoration because it was so well done, but the poster had fairly significant defects. OR no restoration was performed, but the defects are not major, and restoration could be done to the poster without re-backing it. See below for its pre-restoration defects (we are the only major auction company we know of that gives accurate detailed pre-restoration information to our bidders, but we wish everyone did!). The poster was in nice condition, but there were many smudges and scuffs in the solid black border areas and a lesser number in the solid black parts of the image. There are stains in the center of the top white border surrounding the image. The person who linenbacked the poster did not attempt to hide the scuffs (I don't know to what degree it is possible), but they are truly not very distracting. Learn More about condition grades
