And he loves it!"; "Original story by Robert Pirosh and Joseph Schrank"; very similar to "The Lady Eve" which had been made the year before, also with Henry Fonda; about a man looking to buy a boat, and a pair of grifters think he is a rich man, and they get a beautiful young sales clerk to help them con him, but of course, the girl really falls in love with him) starring Henry Fonda, Gene Tierney, Laird Cregar, Shepperd Strudwick (billed as "John Shepperd"), Henry Stephenson, and Spring Byington

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had creases, scuffs, and fine surface paper loss on all the folds, with creases and tears in the bottom quarter of the vertical fold and pinholes around the edges. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Note that either the restorer who mounted the poster did not leave any excess linen around the edges of the poster, or possibly the owner of the poster chose to carefully trim off the excess, so that the poster would fit in a frame.
