Strayer bad girl romantic love triangle boxing sports crime murder melodrama ("Show girls - skating on thin ice - playing with the fire of men's affections."; a super convoluted story about a racketeer trying to fix a fight by having one of the boxers' ex-girlfriends convince him to take a dive; the boxer turns up dead, and there are all kinds of suspects, and a female reporter works to find out the truth, and gets mixed up romantically in the case as well) starring Reed Howes, Dorothy Revier, Henry B. Walthall, Lloyd Whitlock, Edna Murphy, and Arthur Housman NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that, in the past, we have previously auctioned one-sheets from this movie, but never a three-sheet or six-sheet until we were consigned this really cool poster! Note that this six-sheet was printed in 4 sections designed to overlap. Also note this six-sheet poster was tri-folded only (which means there is one less vertical machine fold than usual). This means the poster has a significantly lesser number of folds than with six-sheets folded in the "regular" way, which is nice! Tri-folded six-sheets need to be sent in an oversized flat package, which measures roughly 14" x 30", so they cost more to send than regularly folded six-sheets, especially if they are sent to non-U.S. addresses. Condition: good to very good. The poster is fragile and there is separation on several of the folds and some small tears and tiny paper loss on parts of some folds and in the borders. But after a relatively simple linenbacking, this rare poster will look incredible (and I hope it ends up on display in some public place, so everyone can enjoy it!).
