An Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Half-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 22" x 28") (Learn More) The Speed Girl, the 1921 Maurice Campbell silent movie stunt woman romantic crime comedy starring Bebe Daniels (in the title role as Betty Lee), Theodore von Eltz, Frank Elliott, Walter Hiers, Norris Johnson, and Truly Shattuck. Note that this film was produced to capitalize on the incarceration of Bebe Daniels for 10 days for her many unpaid parking/speeding tickets (her character in the film was also sent to jail for 10 days for speeding). Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist. NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that there are several tiny areas of paper loss in the blank borders as well as small tears, creases, smudges and stains. But considering that the image area is in great condition, and considering the poster is over 80 years old, it seems to be in pretty nice condition overall! Also note that this poster has never been machine folded! Most half-sheet posters were folded once horizontally and once vertically right off of the printing press.
