The Gay Deceiver, the 1926 John M. Stahl silent Paris France theater stage acting romantic love triangle infidelity melodrama ("While all Paris gasped!"; "Adapted by Benjamin F. Glazer - Based on 'Toto' the stage success of Leo Ditrichstein - Adapted from 'Patachon' - Written by Maurice HEnnequin and Felix Duquesnel"; about a famous French actor who goes on tour all the time, and during his travels, he has an affair with a married woman, and she tries to keep her husband from finding out, but he does, with both tragic and comic results) starring Lew Cody, Carmel Myers, Roy D'arcy, Dorothy Phillips, Marceline Day, and Malcolm McGregor. Note that this is a "lost" film which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.
