An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 27" x 41") (Learn More) Fly By Night, the 1942 Robert Siodmak medical doctor intern Nazi spy espionage romantic kidnapping crime film noir ("Murderer Escapes; Abducts Girl!"; about an intern who is an innocent bystander, but is falsely accused of a murder, and he is pursued by both the police and Nazi agents, and he kidnaps a beautiful bystander, and she poses as his wife, and in the end, all turns out well and they fall in love to boot) starring Nancy Kelly, Richard Carlson, Albert Basserman, Martin Kosleck, Miles Mander, Edward Gargan, and Mary Gordon. Note that director Robert Siodmak both borrowed heavily from the plot of Alfred Hitchcock's "The 39 Steps", and also borrowed much of the Hitchcock style in making this movie, but by all accounts, he did quite a respectable job! Condition: fair to good. areas of tattering, separation, and paper loss along the foldlines and around the edges of the poster (see the image below); slightly diagonal creases in the upper center credits area as well as minor creases, smudges, and scuffs throughout the poster (more so around the edges); tack holes in each corner of the poster; Please do not bid on this poster unless you are willing to accept its defects or are willing to have it restored!
