Original Vintage Theatrical Unfolded Double-Sided Teaser One-Sheet Movie Poster (27" x 40") (Learn More) The Rocketeer (released in Australia as "The Adventures of the Rocketeer"), the 1991 Joe Johnston Walt Disney comic book superhero family science fiction (sci-fi) fantasy adventure thriller ("An ordinary man forced to become an extraordinary hero."; "Based upon the comic book series 'The Rocketeer' created by Dave Stevens"; obviously loosely based on the 1949 serial character from "King of the Rocketmen") starring Bill Campbell (in the title role as Cliff/The Rocketeer), Alan Arkin, Jennifer Connelly, Paul Sorvino, Timothy Dalton, and Ed Lauter NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this is a rare teaser one-sheet (note the "Summer 1991" at the bottom of the poster). Also note that this one-sheet measures 27" x 40". Please do not bid on this poster thinking it is 27" x 41". We are also selling a one-sheet elsewhere on eBay this week. Condition: fine. There are minor creases and bumps around the edges of the poster.. Note that this poster was never folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing, but a very few were left unfolded. An unfolded poster from before 1980 is almost always far more difficult to find than a folded poster of the same title, and finding unfolded posters in excellent condition is even more difficult!
