'The Prince and the Showgirl'"; "Some countries have a medal for Everything"; "A Film by Marilyn Monroe Pictures Inc."; "Screen Play by Terence Rattigan"; about a showgirl in a mythical European country, who causes scandal when a prince tries to seduce her) starring Marilyn Monroe (in the title role as Elsie), Laurence Olivier (in the title role as the Prince Regent), Sybil Thorndike, Richard Wattis, David Horne, Jeremy Spenser, Jean Kent, Vera Day, and Margot Lister

Condition: very good to fine. Prior to linenbacking, the poster was in very good to fine condition. The poster had an extra crease running just to the right of the regular vertical foldline from the top crossfold to the middle crossfold. There was a 1/4" x 3/4" hole at the middle crossfold (mostly in the black background, but just touching the edge of Monroe's hair). There were much smaller holes at the other two crossfolds. The poster has had extremely professional restoration along the foldlines! Normally when one restores a solid black background poster, it is very common that the restoration (no matter how slight) really stands out and is distracting. But on this poster, the restoration is almost completely invisible! Overall, the poster was in nice condition prior to linenbacking and looks great now!
