An Original Vintage Theatrical Kraftbacked Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27 1/2" x 40" [70 x 102 cm]) (Learn More)

The Log of the La Viajera, the 1920 Robert C. Bruce silent sailing ship documentary ("A Robert C. Bruce Scenic"; "Outward Bound"; "Life on board the sailing schooner 'La Viajera' off the coast of British Columbia"). If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.

Important Added Info: Note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 27 1/2" x 40" [70 x 102 cm] (it likely originally measured 28" x 42", but only blank white paper was affected). Also note that this poster has been kraftbacked, which means it was backed onto a brown paper soon after it was printed (this process is called "kraft-backing", and posters with it are called "kraft-backed"). One could have it professionally removed from the kraft paper and linenbacked, and it would look great! Note that the poster was once fully folded, but it was stored only partially folded for many years, and I think it would be a mistake to completely re-fold it, so it will need to be sent in a larger-than-normal flat package.

Condition: fair to good. There are some faint water stains scattered throughout the poster. The blank borders were slightly trimmed. There was a 2" L-shaped tear in the sea above the left of the title. Please do not bid on this poster unless you can accept its defects described above or are willing to pay to have them properly restored!
