An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded Colombian Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27 1/2" x 39 1/4" [70 x 100 cm]) (Learn More) a circa 1960s Colombian stock poster which theaters used to inform patrons that a Humphrey Bogart movie was playing. It features a great artwork image of Humphrey Bogart, in fedora and smoking, which is clearly taken from The Maltese Falcon, but the poster was used to advertise many different Bogart movies! There is a large blank area at lower left, where theaters could either write in the name of the current movie, or sometimes they would overprint the poster with the name of a specific movie that they were showing. UPDATED 03/04/2020: Note that a knowledgeable collector pointed out that this is a 1960s Colombian stock poster for Humphrey Bogart movies and we have updated the auction accordingly. Condition: good. There is paper loss at the center crossfold and there is some slight darkening along the folds, and there are some areas of ink transfer (see our image).
