21 Wroclawskie Swieto Kwiatow (literally translates to "21st Wroclaw Festival of Flowers"), the 1981 Polish festival that was held from July 20th to the 22nd in Wroclaw, Poland. Note that this poster features wonderful art of a bird by Eugeniusz Get-Stankiewicz.
