An Autographed 3" x 5" [8 x 13 cm] Index Card (Learn More) Mel Tillis is a country western music songwriter and singer from the 1950s to the present. He had a stuttering problem (only when he spoke, not when he sang!), and he greatly helped raise public awareness for people who suffered from this problem. He was inducted into the Country Music Hall of Fame. Some of his hits include: Send Me Down to Tucson, Heaven Everyday, Southern Rain, Love Revival, and Fooled Around and Fell in Love Important Added Info: This index card has been personally autographed (signed) by Mel Tillis! Our consignor worked for a country western radio station in the 1970s, and he kept index cards in his pocket so that when he would meet country music stars, he could ask them to sign a card, and he acquired this autograph in person, and we are 100% certain it is authentic (but he does not have a certificate of authenticity).
