A 1963 Re-Release Theatrical Folded Russian Movie Poster (measures 30 1/2" x 40 1/4" [77 x 102 cm]) (Learn More) Bolshaya Zhizn (literally translates to "A Great Life"), the 1940 & 1946 Leonid Lukov Russian family melodrama (about the adventures of a group of miners from the Donets Basin in the Ukraine) starring Boris Andreyev, Pyotr Alejnikov, Vera Shershnyova, Mark Bernes, and Lavrenti Masokha. Note that this film was in 2 parts. The first part was released in 1940 and the 2nd part was filmed in 1946, but not released until 1958. It appears this movie was never released in the U.S. If anyone knows more about this movie, please e-mail us and we will post it here.
