Those Charlie Chaplin Feet, the 1915 sheet music song composed by Edgar Leslie and Archie Gottler, featured by Bailey & Cowan ("The Banjoker and the Songster"). Note that Charlie Chaplin made his first movie as The Tramp in 1914, and he was the greatest sensation the movies had ever seen, and he inspired lots of songs and toys, plus many imitators. This song came out just one year after he first appeared as The Tramp!
