Original Vintage Lobby Card (Measures 11" x 14") (Learn More)

Snowdrift, the 1923 Scott R. Dunlap silent Alaska adventure melodrama (based on the novel by James B. Hendryx) starring Buck Jones (billed as "Charles Jones"), Dorothy Manners, Lalo Encinas, Lee Shumway, and C.E. Anderson. Note that Buck Jones' white horse was named Silver (just like The Lone Ranger's later on!), and Silver made 73 movies with Buck Jones from 1922 until Jones' death in 1942 in the tragic Cocoanut Grove fire. But oddly, Silver was almost never billed on the posters for Buck Jones' movies as so many other famous horses (most especially Tom Mix's Tony) were. Note that this is a "lost" film, which means that no surviving copies are thought to exist.

Condition: very good to fine. There is a tiny piece out of the bottom blank corners. There is staining in the right of the bottom blank border.
