[but once he began - um-m-m-m!]"; "It's simply marvelous!"; about a runaway bride who meets up with an undercover reporter, similar to "It Happened One Night", but in this movie, they get caught up with spies and are chased across Europe) starring Joan Crawford, Clark Gable, Franchot Tone, Reginald Owen, Robert Montgomery, Charles Butterworth, Rosalind Russell, Billie Burke, Mona Barrie, Christian Rub, and Ivan Lebedeff. Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this half-sheet! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good. The poster had many rough creases and small paper loss and small tears along both folds, with a vertical crease in Crawford's neck at middle left. It had pinholes in the corners, with tiny paper loss in the bottom left corner and paper loss in the center of the top blank border. Someone linenbacked the poster many years ago, and performed minimal restoration. If I owned this incredibly rare and cool poster, I would have it removed from the linen and properly re-backed, and it would likely not need that much paint restoration, except along the folds, but please bear all of the above in mind and look closely at our super-sized image before bidding on this poster.
