An Original Vintage Theatrical Folded One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41" [69 x 104 cm]) (Learn More)

A Day in the Country, the 1953 3-D (3D; 3-Dimension) comedy documentary short produced by Jack Rieger and narrated by Joe Besser. Note that this movie was made early in the 3-D craze. The poster basically advertises 3-D ("You've heard about it! NOW... SEE IT!"; "A thrilling new dimension has been added to screen entertainment!"; "Startling! Amazing!"; "3rd Dimension"), and barely mentions the movie!

Important Added Info: Note that this movie was originally in 3-D. The studios created both 3D and 2D posters and lobby cards (the 2-D posters and lobby cards were for theaters that lacked the 3-D equipment). This poster is from the "3-D" release.
