An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked Three-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 41" x 81") (Learn More) Wandering Papas, the 1926 Stan Laurel silent romantic screwball comedy short ("Pathecomedy"; produced by Hal Roach; about a cook for construction workers who is sent off into the woods to kill animals and fish for the men's dinner, and he meets a crazy hermit with a pretty daughter) starring Clyde Cook, Oliver Hardy (billed as "Babe Hardy"), Sue O'Neill, Tyler Brooke and Adolph Milar. Note that this was one of twelve movies directed by Stan Laurel, far more famous as one half of the greatest comedy duo, Laurel & Hardy! Laurel directed Hardy in this comedy short, which no doubt was influential in their joining forces as a comedy team the following year! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Condition: very good to fine. The poster had small paper loss and tiny tears in the top left vertical foldline in the top 2/3 of the poster. There was minor wear on the other foldlines and some minor border defects. Overall, the poster was in very good to fine condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was well backed, and looks great!
