A Group of 2 REPRODUCTION Circa 2000s Lobby Cards (LCs; measure 11" x 14" [28 x 36 cm]) (Learn More) Attack of the Fifty Foot Woman, the 1958 Nathan Juran (billed as "Nathan Hertz") science fiction (sci-fi) giant female monster horror thriller starring Allison Hayes (in the title role as the 50 foot woman), William Hudson, Yvette Vickers, Roy Gordon, George Douglas, and Otto Waldis. Note that the posters for this movie have wonderful Reynold Brown artwork of a giant scantily clad woman standing over a highway, and it is rightly regarded as one of the finest poster images of the 1950s. One wishes one could say the same about the movie itself, but alas, that is not true! But the poster for this movie is surely one of the most memorable ever created! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that these are REPRODUCTION lobby cards (see below) from the 2000s and are NOT original lobby cards. Also note that around 1990 or so, a fan created a series of "Fantasy #9" lobby cards, which were reproduction cards from great 1950s sci-fi movies showing a large image of the title monster (they made these cards by combining an existing lobby card with a great 8x10 color still; see below for more about this). Some time in the 2000s, someone else made some other homemade Fantasy #9 lobby cards on a color printer, and these are two of those (and the one at top is not an image found on any other lobby card)! Why the demand for these? Most sets from 1950s sci-fi monster movies did not include a great card, and some did not have any cards showing the monster! Condition: fine.
