An Autographed Color 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Publicity Still (Learn More) Julie Newmar (born Julia Chalene Newmeyer) is an actress from the 1950s to the 2010s. She is perhaps best remembered as Stupefyin' Jones in "Li'l Abner" and Catwoman in TV's "Batman". She also appeared as Eleen in the original Star Trek TV series (in the "Friday's Child" episode). Some of her other movies include: The Band Wagon, Seven Brides For Seven Brothers, and For Love or Money. As of 2021, she is still alive at the age of 87! Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Julie Newmar! Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall! Note that this publicity still (which is printed on a deluxe paper) has a photo credit on the back from David C. Shaffer, and it has a PSA/DNA sticker on it (one could use that sticker to get a new COA from PSA/DNA). Our consignor is a longtime dealer who acquired this signed item among many other purchases in his inventory, and he does not have a certificate of authenticity, but we believe the signature to likely be authentic. As is true of all the signed items we are currently auctioning, we give every buyer 30 days in which to review what they purchased and they can return any item as long as it is within 30 days of the end of the auction.
