McLeod college football sports mistaken identity slapstick comedy ("The 4 Marx Brothers"; Groucho is the dean of a college, and he tries to hire two "ringers", professional football players, to help the college win their big game, but he mistakenly hires Harpo and Chico instead, and meanwhile, Zeppo is Groucho's son, who is busy romancing the "college widow", memorably played by Thelma Todd) starring the Marx Brothers (Groucho, Harpo, Chico, and Zeppo), Thelma Todd, David Landau, Nat Pendleton, Robert Greig, Florine McKinney, and Jim Pierce NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that a knowledgeable collector tells us that this scene was deleted when the film was later re-released, and does not appear in modern prints of the film. Also, note that this still measures 8" x 10 1/4" [20 x 26 cm]. Condition: very good. There is a small circular stain in the top border that slightly extends into the background.
