An Original Vintage Theatrical Linenbacked One-Sheet Movie Poster (1sh; measures 27" x 41") (Learn More)

Frontier Pony Express, the 1939 Joseph Kane singing cowboy western starring Roy Rogers, Lynne Roberts (billed as "Mary Hart"), Raymond Hatton, Edward Keane, Noble Johnson, and Trigger (uncredited in this early Roy Rogers film)

Condition: good to very good. The poster had creases, tears, and tiny paper loss across the top foldline and in the top half of the vertical foldline with a lesser amount on the other folds. There was a 6" diagonal tear in the top center of the poster running through the top of the "R" of "ROGERS". There was small paper loss at the crossfolds. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did very little restoration to the defects described above (and any restorer could likely touch them up without re-backing the poster).
