Bal (literally translates to "Ball"), the 1934 French poster promoting an event organized by the L'Ecole des Beaux-Arts (School of Fine Arts) in Paris, France. Note that this poster features art of a couple dancing in front of marble columns by S.M. Dil (Louis Malavieille).

Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. The poster was never folded. It had a 3" tear in the left of the top border and a 6" tear in the right of the top border, both in the background area. It had some creases, smudges, and scuffs scattered in the background areas. Overall, the poster was in very good condition prior to linenbacking. The poster was nicely backed, and displays well!
