Levy of Play by Marcel Pagnol"; about an idealistic teacher who becomes disillusioned after being duped by a crooked businessman, and the businessman's mistress has a change of heart and falls for the teacher) starring John Barrymore (in one of his finest performances; "in the role he chose above all others... In the play that made Broadway throngs laugh and cry for a year!"; in the title role as Professor Auguste A. Topaze), Myrna Loy, Reginald Mason, Jobyna Howland, and Jackie Searl NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this window card! Not only that, but we have only previously auctioned two one-sheets (22 and 23 years ago), and no other posters from this movie! Also note that this poster has been trimmed and it now measures 14" x 17" [36 x 43 cm]. Condition: poor to fair. Unfortunately, the bottom of the image was trimmed off, affecting the bottom of Barrymore's credit, and much of the small images at the bottom.
