And So They Were Married, the 1936 Elliott Nugent romantic marriage comedy ("She's a girl after his own heart!"; about a divorcee and a widower who each have a grown child, and the children want to keep them from having a romance, but when they get snowed in at a hotel together, fate lends a hand) starring Melvyn Douglas, Mary Astor, Edith Fellows, Jackie Moran, Donald Meek, and Dorothy Stickney. Note that Hollywood in the 1930s almost never made romances about "middle aged" people, but this was a rare exception!
