Artist: Maciej Hibner Important Added Info: Note that we have only previously auctioned one example of this Polish poster, and that was 9 years ago. That poster has now been reconsigned to us, so this is still the only example we have ever auctioned! What IS linenbacking? Learn More Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: good to very good. The poster had a printing defect that resulted in a line of uneven coloring in the printing at middle left and a crease in the poster at middle right (both of these were caused during printing. The poster has scuffing in the top 2" that could also be within the printing. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer backed the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did not do restoration to the defects described above. Learn More about condition grades
