Important Added Info: Note that, in 1966, MGM re-released this classic 1959 Alfred Hitchcock movie, and created new posters that most collectors feel are superior to that of the original! It has the classic scene of Cary Grant being chased by the crop duster biplane, plus it shows Mt. Rushmore (and Hitchcock is one of the faces!), plus there is an image of Hitchcock holding a giant hand, plus there is a new tagline that reads, "Only Cary Grant and Alfred Hitchcock ever gave you so much suspense in so many directions so we brought it back!". We have only auctioned six examples of this insert in all of our years of auctioning and the last example sold for $600! Note finally that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: good to very good. The poster has slight discoloration due to exposure to moisture along a few inches of the back of the center of the upper horizontal fold (mostly noticeable to the left of Grant's left leg) and near the lower left edge of the image under the crop duster. There are some faint dot stains along the very outer edge of the left blank border and there is one tiny dot stain in the blank area under the art of Mount Rushmore. It only otherwise has minor fold and border wear and the poster could certainly be displayed as is, but after a pretty simple paperbacking (which would likely remove the few small stains chemically) the insert will display quite nicely!
