There are creases, tears, and separations on parts of many foldlines and tiny paper loss at some crossfolds. There is more significant paper loss at the crossfold that falls in the upper right of the clock and in the background area below the "D" of "WORLD" and above the "N" of "END" in the title. There are some creases, smudges, tiny tears, faint water stains, and many pinholes in the borders. While it is true that the poster has many defects, it is also true that any talented restorer could certainly linenback this poster, and that it would not require a lot of paint restoration within the image area, and after it is properly backed, it will look incredible!
