Then one day, his dreams came looking for him."; nominated for the Best Picture Academy Award; based on the novel 'Shoeless Joe' by W.P. Kinsella) starring Kevin Costner, Amy Madigan, James Earl Jones, Ray Liotta, and Burt Lancaster (his last big screen role) NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. If you know who did the art (if any), please let us know. Important Added Info: Note that this poster was never machine folded. Most movie posters from before 1980 were machine folded immediately after printing. After 1980, it quickly became standard for posters to never be folded, and were shipped to theaters rolled in tubes. But this made it far more likely for posters to pick up minor (or major) defects, and it can be difficult to find an unfolded poster from the 1980s in excellent condition.
