An Original Vintage Theatrical Autographed 8" x 10" [20 x 25 cm] Movie Still (Learn More) Vincent Price (actually "Vincent L. Price Jr.") was a legendary actor from the 1930s to the 1990s. He is best remembered for his contributions to the horror genre, and some of his movies include: The Fly, Laura, The Ten Commandments, Theater of Blood, The Abominable Dr. Phibes, The Last Man on Earth, and Edward Scissorhands. He passed away in 1993 at the age of 82. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Vincent Price! Our consignor obtained this autograph in person when he met Mr. Price in person in St. Louis in the early 1960s. While he does not have a "certificate of authenticity", we are certain it is authentic. Also note that this still appears in every way to be original U.S. release EXCEPT that there is one very tiny line of French type in the lower right. It reads, "IMPRIME AUX ETATS-UNIS D'AMERIQUE". A collector has told us that he believes this means the still was printed for use in areas that included French-speaking parts of Canada, but that it WAS printed in the U.S., and that makes complete sense to us (and we have seen this on stills from the 1940s through the early 2000s, so it has certainly been done for an extremely long time)! So it is an original still from , but it was printed partially for use in French-speaking Canada. If anyone knows more about this, please e-mail us and we will post it here. Condition: very good.
