Some of her movies include: The Turning Point (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), The Elephant Man, The Graduate (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), Pumpkin Eater (nominated for the Best Actress Academy Award for this film), The Miracle Worker (for which she won the Best Actress Academy Award). She had a very long marriage to Mel Brooks from 1964 until she passed away in 2005 at the age of 73 from cancer. Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Anne Bancroft! Note that our consignor purchased a collection of autographed stills that were collected by Leonard Sorgi, who was a unit manager for ABC for shows like The Soupy Sales Show, The Jerry Mahony Show, and many others. He was also Unit Manager for the Academy Awards for a number of years, and during his long and varied career, he met many celebrities and obtained autographs from them in person (often personalized to him).
