An Original Vintage Unfolded Special Travel Agency Poster (measures 30" x 40") (Learn More) American Airlines: New York, the 1970s airplane airline aviation travel poster ("Endless summer") promoting travel to New York City via American Airlines, and featuring Harry Bertschmann artwork of the New York skyline as viewed from the harbor. Artist: Bertschmann Condition: good to very good. There are many creases around the edges of the poster and surface paper loss at the bottom left corner. The bottom center of the poster has many creases, but they are not very noticeable from the front. This week we have given a more detailed overall condition grade along with more details about the condition described in words. Of course, we could not describe every single defect, plus there are some defects (like creasing, tape on the back, extremely tiny pinholes, etc) which can be VERY difficult to see, even in our largest "super-sized" image. Therefore we strongly recommend that you BOTH read our written description of the item, AND ALSO look at our super-sized image to see the extent of the defects that we describe and to examine the poster for minor defects that we did NOT describe.
