A Day of Rest, the 1924 Erle C. Kenton silent comedy short ("The Gumps in 'A Day of Rest'";"From the famous cartoons by Sidney Smith") starring Joe Murphy (as Andy Gump), Fay Tincher (both billed as "featuring Joe Murphy and Fay Tincher"; as Min Gump), and Jack Morgan (as Chester Gump). Note that this is from The Gumps 2-reel comedy series, which was based on the Sidney Smith newspaper comic strip.

Important Added Info: Note that movie paper from this film is incredibly rare. We have never auctioned even a single movie paper item from this movie until we were consigned these cards!

Condition: very good. The cards have some faint smudges and pinholes around the edges but are otherwise in pretty nice condition.
