Smaller... Smaller and moment by moment the terror mounts!..."; "Victim of Weird mist!"; "Day by Day he shrinks!"; "Science is baffled!"; "Cat becomes monster!"; "Terror at every turn!"; "Deadly spider attacks!"; "Lost in a floods fury!"; a highly literate screenplay by Richard Matheson from his own novel; surprisingly, the studio did not force Matheson to tack on an artificial "happy" ending, and it is lucky, for most people think the movie's actual ending is wonderful!; the special effects are primitive by today's standards, but they are very powerful, and work just fine) starring Grant Williams (in the title role), Randy Stuart, April Kent, Paul Langton, Raymond Bailey, William Schallert, and Orangey (as the cat Butch; Orangey was also Cat in "Breakfast At Tiffany's!") The poster had creases and fine surface paper loss on the foldlines, with an extra horizontal foldline 1/2" below the regular middle one. There were staple holes, creases, tiny tears, and faint stains around the edges of the poster, with some tiny paper loss in the right border, and some faint smudges scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in good condition prior to linenbacking. The restorer linenbacked the poster "in the European style", meaning that they did little restoration to the defects described above.
