At 17, she was a Las Vegas showgirl, reportedly the youngest one ever. She is known for dark, macabre yet humorous personality on television while hosting showings of classic and B-Movie type horror films. She has appeared in movies in cameo roles as Elvira, including: The Working Girls, Jekyll and Hyde... Together Again, and Vault of the Macabre Important Added Info: Note that this still has been personally autographed (signed) by Elvira! Our consignor is a very longtime collector of movie paper who purchased this item years ago, and it was signed, but he doesn't know how the signature was obtained, and he (and we) believe it is likely that the autograph is authentic. Also note that many celebrities kept multiple 8" x 10" (or smaller) copies of good publicity images of themselves to sign for fans, and also many memorabilia shops sold such copy stills themselves. While they are not original theater-used stills, they are usually excellent clear copies, with a great shot of that celebrity in their heyday, which, when signed by the celebrity, makes for a wonderful framed picture on any fan's wall!
