Israel, the 1950s Israeli travel poster encouraging people to visit Israel, and featuring Jean David artwork the Tomb of King David and Dormition Abbey at Mt. Zion in Jerusalem.

Important Added Info: Note that this is an extremely rare poster. We have never auctioned one in all our years of auctioning!

Condition: good to very good. The poster was never folded. It has a few creases and small tears of varying lengths mainly in the yellow background edges at lower left and upper right and there are a few pinholes around the edges. The defects affect the background edges and the art of the poster is in excellent condition, and after a pretty simple linenbacking the poster will look great (but certainly this rare poster could be displayed as is)!
