An Original Vintage Theatrical Movie Glass Slide (measures approximately 3" x 4") (Learn More) The Famous Mrs. Fair, the 1923 Fred Niblo silent World War I (WWI) family-rejected-by-their-famous-mother melodrama (based on the stage play "By James Forbes Adapted by Frances Marion") starring Myrtle Stedman (in the title role as Mrs. Fair), Huntley Gordon, Marguerite De La Motte, Cullen Landis, and Ward Crane NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: The slide does not have a cardboard holder, but rather there is black tape around all four edges (front and back), typical of older glass slides. When we auction slides that have a cardboard holder, we provide a separate image of how the cardboard holder looks, but when we auction slides with the black tape (like this one) we only provide the scan of the glass slide image, because that really is about all there is to see. Condition: fair. Most of the black tape is missing and there is staining across the bottom of the image and around the edges of the slide. The theater that used this slide wrote the days the movie was playing in the play dates section at the bottom of the glass. Learn More about condition grades
