Godzilla (Gojira) is a monster (or kaiju) that first appeared in the 1954 film Godzilla. It became a worldwide pop culture icon, appearing in various media, including over 30 films produced by Toho, multiple Hollywood films and numerous video games, novels, comic books and television shows. Godzilla was originally conceived as a metaphor for nuclear weapons, but as the film series expanded, some stories took on less serious (and often silly) themes, portraying Godzilla as an antihero, or even a defender of humanity (who still steps on a lot of buildings). Godzilla has faced off against many monster opponents, including: King Ghidorah, Mechagodzilla, Mothra and Gigan.

Important Added Info: Note that this set includes: Godzilla on Monster Island (Godzilla vs. Gigan), Godzilla 1985, Ghidrah The Three Headed Monster, Godzilla vs. Bionic Monster (Godzilla vs. Mechagodzilla), and Son of Godzilla!

Condition: good to very good. The set has been opened. We cannot test the VHS tapes but they appear to be in pretty nice condition, but please bear this in mind before placing a bid.
