Note that Alfred Hitchcock used the two taglines "The birds is coming!" and "The birds is here!" on several different types of advertising for this movie, no doubt because he thought it was funny that while it is technically grammatically correct when referring to the movie, they "sound wrong"! NOTE: Click on linked names to see a biography. Important Added Info: Note that there are what appears to be some thin scuff lines scattered in the upper right of card #1. Those are within the printing and are NOT defects, and they appear on every example of this card! Note also that this auction also includes the printed envelope this item originally came with! Condition: very good. All of the cards with the exception of cards #1 and #8 have faint scuffing in some parts of the solid colored areas of the image (more so in card #2 - see our images). They are otherwise in nice condition. Card #1 has some pinholes around the edges and at center with some light, partial vertical creases at center and a few faint scuffs. Card #8 is in excellent condition. Overall, the cards were located with their original printed envelope, are quite colorful, and they are in pretty nice condition (and they have no tape whatsoever on the front or back, and they never have had any restoration of any kind!).
