Around this time Hollywood studios produced special promotional still sets commemorating Valentines Day (as well as other holidays) with portraits of many of the stars of that time (usually in romantic poses and with special holiday themed art), which were then distributed to theaters and newspapers. This is one such set, featuring several stars including: Leslie Caron, Clark Gable, Ann Blythe, Mario Lanza, Burt Lancaster, Joanne Dru, Spencer Tracy, Elizabeth Taylor, Van Johnson, Jane Wyman, and many more! Important Added Info: Note that this item includes three supplements that includes a list of captions for each still, as well as original promotional material from Loew's Advertising Department. Also note that we have pictured all of the stills! Condition: good to very good. Each still has some degree of faint creases and/or vertical cracks in the emulsion scattered in some areas. A few have some minor scuffs (many of which are mostly only noticeable when the still is tilted toward the light) but otherwise the images are in pretty nice condition.
