His only refuge was in a woman's heart!"; "From a Story by William Bowers and Andre de Toth"; about a champion gunfighter who returns to the town where his wife and son are, in the hopes of reuniting with them and "going straight", but circumstances beyond his control prevent that from happening) starring Gregory Peck (as Jimmy Ringo), Helen Westcott, Millard Mitchell, Jean Parker, Karl Malden, Skip Homeier, Anthony Ross, Verna Felton, Ellen Corby, and Richard Jaeckel. Note that some key book stills for this movie have the title entered as "The Gun Fighter". We don't know if this was an early working title, or if it was just a case of someone making a mistake! Overall Condition and Pre-Restoration Defects with Quality of Restoration: very good. Prior to paperbacking, the poster was never folded. It had pinholes, tears, and tiny paper loss around the edges, and some creases, faint smudges, and scuffs scattered in the image. Overall, the poster was in good to very good condition prior to paperbacking. The poster was pretty well backed, and the restorer painted over the blank borders, to "even them out".
