Important Added Info: Note that around this time, studios were creating "subway posters" for many releases, which were 45" x 60" horizontally-shaped posters that were glued up on walls all over New York City (hence the name "subway poster"). They also made these smaller "subway" posters which measure approximately half the size of a regular "subway" poster (usually around 29" x 45"), and look like a one-sheet, only bigger, but they have information about one or more specific New York theaters then-currently showing that movie. Also note that this poster was folded at one time but has been laying flat for a long time and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good to fine. The poster has brown water stains in the top of the left blank border (just touching into the edge of the image background) and two tiny stains in the upper middle left blank border. The poster was once folded like a regular U.S. one-sheet but it has been stored rolled for many years. There are the most minor of creases scattered in the poster. Other than the above truly minor defects, the poster is in wonderful condition. Certainly, any restorer could easily remove the slight water staining through chemical means while linenbacking the poster, but I could certainly imagine many collectors who would prefer to leave this great poster exactly as it is!
