We have only auctioned three with this "blue title" style in all our years of auctioning and the last time was in 2010! Condition: fair to good. Note that this daybill was found stored in floorboards or next to some type of wood and it has associated defects including staining and some deterioration and paper loss scattered in various areas (more so around the edges and in tiny portions of the folds).
