Artist: S. Neil Fujita Important Added Info: Note that we have never before auctioned this cool half subway poster! There is something really EXTRA cool about it! It has stamped on the back "RECEIVED DEC 16 1971 Advertising Shop". So this poster was printed at the end of 1971, even though the movie did not open until March 1972! So either they started advertising the movie in New York subways at Christmas time 1971 (which seems likely) or they printed the poster in mid-December and held it until sometime before March 1972 (which seems unlikely!). So this is the only 1971 poster for this classic movie we are aware of! Finally, note that this poster was folded at one time but has been stored flat for many years and will be sent rolled in a tube. Condition: very good. The poster was folded at one time but has been stored flat for a lone time. It has as some creases and tiny scuffs in parts of the folds with a 3/4" tear in the left of the middle fold.
