An Original Vintage Theatrical Tri-Folded Six-Sheet Movie Poster (measures 80" x 79 1/2") (Learn More)

Alias the Champ, the 1949 George Blair Republic wrestling sports melodrama ("Wait'll you see Gorgeous George, World's most colorful wrestling attraction"; "Written by Albert Demond") starring Robert Rockwell, Barbra Fuller, Audrey Long, Gorgeous George (the real-life wrestler, billed as "introducing Gorgeous George"), and Tor Johnson. Note that in 1949, Gorgeous George toured the country with the first interracial foursome in wrestling history, which included Baron Leone, Chief Little Wolf, and Woody Strode (George's best friend on the circuit).

Important Added Info: This six-sheet poster was tri-folded only (which means there is one less vertical machine fold than usual). This means the poster has a significantly lesser number of folds than with six-sheets folded in the "regular" way, which is nice! Tri-folded six-sheets need to be sent in an oversized flat package, which measures roughly 13" x 30", so they cost more to send than regularly folded six-sheets, especially if they are sent to non-U.S. addresses. This six-sheet was printed in 4 sections.

Condition: good to very good. There are many creases, several tears, and some areas of tiny paper loss along the foldlines that were on the outside when the poster was fully folded. There are some creases, smudges, and tiny tears on some foldlines, and some tiny paper loss at some crossfolds.
