An Original 1970 (from the first release of this movie in Japan) Vintage Theatrical Folded Japanese "B2" Movie Poster (measures 20 1/4" x 28 5/8" [51 x 73 cm]) (Learn More) Lila (also released as "Mantis in Lace" [see more below]), the 1968 William Rotsler sexploitation horror thriller ("A Girl Who Needed Someone - But Could Take Anyone"; "Like a female mantis... to LOVE her was to DIE!"; "She loved them... and loved them and loved them to death!"; "Now from Hollywood- The big one that you can't afford to miss!") starring Susan Stewart (in the title role as "Lila"), Vic Lance, Pat Barrington, Steve Vincent, and John Caroll. Note that there are two versions of this film, one that focuses on the sexploitation aspect which is titled Lila, and one that focuses on the horror aspect which is titled Mantis in Lace. The "sexy" version has footage not seen in the "horror" version and vice-versa. The advertising campaigns for these versions are quite different and because of the additional footage, we are treating them as separate films.
